1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

• Booking request form: full name, email address, phone number, pick-up point, destination, date and time, number of passengers, luggage, notes and the estimated fare.
• WhatsApp: if you contact us on WhatsApp, the data you send us in the conversation (name, phone number and journey details).
• Payment: card payments are made on the secure page of Redsys and our bank. We do not see or store your card details; we only receive the result of the payment.
• Technical data: your IP address is used temporarily to prevent misuse of the form (for example, repeated automated requests).
• Fare calculator: the addresses you type are sent to Google Maps to show suggestions and calculate the route.

3. Why we use your data and legal basis

• To handle your request, check availability, send you the fixed price and payment link, contact you about the service and provide it. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• To issue invoices and meet tax and accounting obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
• To keep the form secure and prevent misuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties unless required by law.

4. Who processes data on our behalf

• Hostinger: website hosting and email.
• Redsys and our bank: card payments.
• Google: maps, address suggestions and route calculation.
• Meta (WhatsApp): only if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards they apply in accordance with data protection law.

5. How long we keep your data

Request and booking data are kept for as long as needed to handle them and provide the service and, afterwards, for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law. Requests that are not confirmed are deleted once they are no longer needed.

6. Your rights

You can request access to your data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing, by emailing reservas@granadaprivatetransfers.com and stating which right you wish to exercise.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Cookies and similar technologies

• Google Maps may set its own cookies when the fare calculator loads.
• WooCommerce, the booking and payment system of this website, stores cookies that record how you reached the website (for example, from a search engine or a link) in order to associate it with your booking request.
• The payment process may use technical cookies that are necessary to complete it.
• If you choose light or dark mode, that preference is stored in your browser and contains no personal data.
