Cookie Policy
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser. It is used to make the site work, to remember your choices, or to count how many people visit.
Essential cookies
These are needed for the site to work. They cannot be switched off and do not require your consent, because without them you could not browse or complete a booking.
- WordPress and WooCommerce session cookies: keep your cart and booking process while you are on the site.
- Payment system cookies: needed to complete payment securely.
- gpt-cookies: stored in your browser local storage, it remembers whether you accepted or declined measurement cookies, so you are not asked again.
Measurement cookies (only with your permission)
We use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit the site, which pages they come from and what kind of device they use. We use it to improve the site, nothing else.
- _ga and _ga_<identifier>: provider Google. They distinguish visitors and sessions. Typical duration: up to 2 years.
These cookies are not installed until you press «Accept» in the notice. If you press «Decline», they are not installed.
What we do NOT collect
No personal data is sent to the measurement tool. Specifically, we do not record names, phone numbers, email addresses, the text of WhatsApp messages, pickup or drop-off addresses, or payment details.
When someone presses a WhatsApp or call button, we only record that it was pressed and on which page. Nothing else.
Changing your mind
Your choice is stored in your own browser. To change it, clear the site data in your browser (history, browsing data) and you will be asked again next time you visit.
You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge all offer this in their privacy menu.
Who is responsible
The owner of this website is stated in the Legal Notice. To learn how we handle the data you give us when booking, see the Privacy Policy.
