2. Purpose of the website
This website provides information about the transfer services offered by the owner, shows an estimated fare for each journey, and allows users to send booking requests through the website or via WhatsApp.
Bookings are reviewed and confirmed manually. Once availability is confirmed, the customer is sent the fixed price of the booking and a secure link to pay it by card.
By using this website you become a user and accept the terms of this Legal Notice.
3. Terms of use
Users agree to use the content of this website appropriately and not to use it for unlawful purposes or in bad faith.
The owner does not guarantee that the website will be available at all times without interruption and is not liable for any damage caused by temporary unavailability.
4. Prices and bookings
The calculator on this website shows an estimated fare. We review each request and availability, and send the customer the fixed price of the booking before payment. Once confirmed and paid, the service costs the agreed amount.
The conditions of each booking (payment, changes and cancellations) are set out in our Terms of Service.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, images and other content of this website belong to the owner or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction in whole or in part without prior permission is not allowed.
6. Third-party services
This website uses Google Maps to suggest addresses and calculate routes and distances, WhatsApp (Meta) for enquiries and booking requests, and our bank’s Redsys payment gateway for card payments. Their use is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the use of this website will be heard by the courts of Granada, unless consumer protection law gives the user the right to a different jurisdiction.
